Recent renovation has made OBIC an ideal event
location. The building now boasts a unique wood-lined lobby with a dramatic
glass wall as its focus. This renovation has also provided OBIC with an
updated pantry which includes a commercial refrigerator, commercial dishwasher,
icemaker and warming oven — perfect for catered events. The landscaping is
one that can be enjoyed year round too. It is home to many native plants
and flowers. The garden area is a perfect place to hold a social gathering
